Rainbow

I took this photo at scout pack meeting in Sept. It was so beautiful. I merged 2 photos together to get the whole rainbow. Then added the words All Things Bright and Beautiful. Enjoy!

This is my second to last project. This is called a storyboard. I took these pictures of the boys feeding the horse in Kanab. They were a little hesitant at first. By the end they were old pros.

This is my nephew Braden and his beautiful wife Danielle. I love this picture. I turned the photo black and white then added the color back in for their flowers. I put a light circle frame around it and added the text Forever.

On this picture I brush stamped the circle around Abbey then added her name. I also edge burned the photo and added a brighter blue on her shirt. She is adorable.

This is Sophie and Aiden. Aren't they cute.
This is Sophie. She hardly ever smiles at me. I edge burned this photo then added a cute brush stamp and her name. She did smile at me later. She is so funny.
This is Sophia or Sophie. I lighted the photo and added pink back into it. She is so cute!
This is my friend Allie. I've added a grunge layer, lightened it and edge burned it. I added the cute frame and sassy at the end. She IS sassy!

Day 10

Wow day 10. On this picture I added 2 textures and a clipping mask to give the rounded edges. Then I added an overlay with 2 texts and an edge burn. I took this picture of the flowers at the Nauvoo Temple after being watered. The droplets of water were glistening in the sun.

Day 8

This is day 8 from my frames and layers class. This is called edge burn. You darken the picture and take the dark back off the parts of the picture you want the eye to focus on. First I worked with a color photo then I tried it out on a black and white photo.

Well?

Alec

Here is day 7. This is a picture I took of Alec at Lake Powell. I put a grunge folded paper layer with soft light. Then I added his name and that he could fly. He didn't even know I had taken this picture until I went to add it on our page. This is just Alec having fun!

Day 6

This were created using textures.  Alec was walking to go to our fishing spot and was a little nervous about all the geese. Dante was sitting so patiently while the fish just nibbled the bait off his hook.

Day 5

This is a picture of the Nauvoo Temple. I love this lesson on  how we cut out the frame.  It's called called clipping masks.

Day 4

On this project we had to strip the color out of the picture and ad color back in. Then I added stars and a frame. This is what Dante gave Loren for Father's day. It's a bird feeder.

day 3 of my class

This was my lesson on hand tinting. I had tinted Dante's cheeks, lips, and eyes. Then I hand tinted the flowers in the background. Oh this is so fun!

Day 2 of my photoshop class

This is Gillian. She wanted a picture of her smelling a flower. I thought it turned out so cute. I just learned how to use brushes and put a word art on my photos. I'm loving this class!
